HỘI THÁNH TRƯỞNG LÃO HI VỌNG
1. Chúng tôi tin Kinh Thánh là Lời toàn hảo, vô ngộ của Đức Chúa Trời, và được bảo tồn qua mọi thời đại, có uy quyền tuyệt đối trên mọi sự thực hành đức tin và đời sống của tín đồ.
2. Chúng tôi tin Đức Chúa Trời có Ba Ngôi, hiệp một Chân Thần: Đức Chúa Cha, Đức Chúa Con, Đức Chúa Thánh Linh. Đức Chúa Cha không phải là Đức Chúa Con, Đức Chúa Con không phải là Đức Thánh Linh, và Đức Thánh Linh không phải là Đức Chúa Cha và Đức Chúa Con. Ba Ngôi Thánh đều tham gia vào công tác sáng tạo, duy trì vũ trụ, và công tác cứu chuộc của con người.
3. Chúng tôi tin quyết vào năm duy chỉ của Phong trào Cải chánh: Duy Đấng Christ, Duy Kinh Thánh, Duy Đức Tin, Duy Ân Điển, Duy Sự Vinh Hiển của Đức Chúa Trời.
4. Chúng tôi tin con người là hư hoại hoàn toàn (bởi nguyên tội và kỷ tội), được cứu bởi duy ân điển của Đức Chúa Trời và đức tin đặt duy nơi Đấng Christ, trong sự chọn lựa và tể trị hoàn toàn của Đức Chúa Trời.
5. Chúng tôi tin sự cai trị Hội thánh theo thể chế Trưởng Lão Trị (Presbyterianism).
6. Chúng tôi tán thành và xưng nhận đức tin theo Bản Tín Điều Xưng Nhận Đức Tin Westminster (Westminster Confession of Faith); Bản Tín Điều Nicene (Nicene Creed); Bản Tín Điều Các Sứ Đồ (Apostles’ Creed); Bản Giáo Lý Vấn Đáp Westminster Shorter and Larger; Giáo Lý Vấn Đáp Heidlberg (Heidlberg Catechism);
7. Chúng tôi giảng dạy tại bục giảng dựa trên Thần Học Cải Chánh (Reformed Theology) và Thần Học giảng dạy bởi John Calvin (Calvinism/TULIP).
8. Chúng tôi không thực hành phép lạ và tiếng lạ như phong trào Ân tứ-Ngũ tuần thực hành.
9. Chúng tôi khước từ sự giảng dạy và thực hành của phong trào Thời đại mới (New Age), Tự do (Liberalism), Calvin Cực Đoan (Hyper Calvinism), Calvin Mới (New Calvinism) và Giáo lý Giáo hội Công Giáo La Mã (Roman Catholicism).
10. Chúng tôi tha thiết mong đợi Đấng Christ sẽ trở lại trong nay mai để phán xét kẻ ác, ban thưởng cho người công bình (người được xưng công bình bởi Đức Chúa Trời), để thiết lập một vương quốc bình an trong một ngàn năm; sau đó Ngài sẽ phá hủy thế giới này để tạo nên một thế giới mới–một thế giới hoàn hảo và vĩnh cửu.

THE CONFESSION OF FAITH AND DOCTRINAL STAND
OF THE HOPE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
1. We believe the Bible is the perfect and inerrant Word of God, preserved through all ages, which is the only authority of faith and practices of believers.
2. We believe in the Triune God, united and true: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. God the Father is not God the Son, God the Son is not God the Holy Spirit, and God the Holy Spirit is not God the Father and God the Son. All these three Persons created the universe, have been upholding the universe, and performing the redemtive work for mankind.
3. We adhere to the Five Solas of the Reformation: Solus Christus, Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, Sola Gratia, Soli Deo Gloria.
4. We believe mankind is totally depraved by sins (original and actual sins), saved by grace of God alone and faith in Christ alone, in absolute election and sovereignty of God.
5. We believe the ruling of the church by the plurality of elders (Presbyterianism).
6. We subscibe and confess our faith in accordance to the Westminster Confession of Faith, the Nicene Creed, the Apostles’ Creed, the Westminster Shorter and Larger Catechism, and the Heidlberg Catechism.
7. Our teachings are based on Reformed Theology and Calvinism (TULIP)
8. We do not practice miracles and tongue-speaking like the Charismatic and Pentecostal Movements.
9. We reject the teachings and practices of the New Age Movement, Liberalism, Hyper-Calvinism, New-Calvinism, and Roman Catholicism.
10. We are earnestly waiting for the return of the Lord Jesus Christ so as to punish the wicked, to reward the righteous (who are justified by God), and to establish a millennial kingdom of peace; after that, He will destroy this current earth and create a new earth–which is perfect and everlasting.
